How is the refund done, what is the procedure and what are the charges?

The return is made by deposit to a bank account that you will indicate to us within 2 working days of receiving the products at our place.

You return the products by general mail or ACS with consignee charge. These costs plus shipping of the original order are deducted from the deposit amount. The customer is charged the total handling costs of the product(s) amounting to €9.80.


Are the products authentic and how is this proven?

We are authorized distributors of all brands featured on our site and guarantee the full authenticity of each featured product. It is proven by the sales receipt, trademarks, labels and packaging of the products. In addition, if requested, it can be confirmed by the official central importer of Greece.
