In the beginning
Every style has its story, and each story has a beginning. Our story starts in Kastoria, the fur capital of the world. The art of fur processing and the trading in species production, developed during the Byzantine period and from then till today the region of Kastoria evolved and became the focus of global concern in the field of fur and a unique processing center in Europe. At this location in 1991, Nikolaos Mantziaris founded Manzari group S.A., with a respect to the fur tradition and legacy and with a goal to further it and enhance it.
Development
The company’s dedication to perfection, the passion for high quality and love of the fur craft soon established Manzari Group S.A as one of the most important and fast-growing companies in the industry, owning multiple stores across Greece and the U.A.E and exporting its products to more than 40 countries including U.S.A, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Italy, France, S. Korea and Japan under the brand name Casiani Furs.
Establishment
The company’s and its associated brand growth and unparalleled success created the need for a new base of operations, one that would surpass all others in the area, house the dreams and ambitions of its owner and help him spread his passion and love for fur making with the world. So, in 2014 the company relocated in its own deluxe 5000 square meters deluxe facilities in Ampelokipi, at the entrance of Kastoria, that includes the management, manufacturing department, design rooms, and a large luxurious show room.
